    Negative rating. I think the numbers don't get better for a while as people will slow down purchases of consumerelectronics.

    Retail electronics are in trouble, and service is at an all-time low. Good technicians look for better places to work. Retail employees are not static, so good or bad, they all move on eventually.

    Best Buy trounced Circuit City for sales and service for years. I consider this a best of class stock. Expect this to do well if consumers return to buying gagets.

    I just had yet another horrible experience with an incompetent Best Buy manager... these guys are getting famous for that kind of encounter. Steer clear of them and take your business to somewhere where they care about their customers.
