    Intel  (INTC) is scheduled to release Q2 earnings this Tuesday July 13th, after the market close. Average analyst estimates for the Chip giant are $.43/share in EPS and $10.25 billion in Revenue.  Forty-four analysts track the stock with two upward EPS revisions in the last 30 days and one downward EPS revision in the last 30 days. Last quarter, Intel beat average analyst expectations by.05/share, .43/share vs. .38/share.

    Apple vs. Google – Apple Winning Sentiment War

    Ever wonder who’s really winning in the war of Apple (AAPL) vs. Google (GOOG)? If you look at the facts it is really quite confusing. Apple has a $221 Billion market cap, while Google’s market cap is still impressive at $158 Billion. Google has stronger gross margins of 63% with a net income as a percentage of revenue at 29.6%, while Apple has lower gross margins of 41.67% with a net income as a percentage of revenue at 22.77%. Apple is trading at 82% of it 52 week trading range, while Google is trading at 47% of its 52 week trading range.

    Folks talk about their current revenue streams increasing by 18%, etc...but it's the new revenue streams that they are creating..that's where the growth is. Mobile ads, Youtube now profitable, Chrome OS and Android keeping eyes on their ads, etc...

    GOOG volatility is low so don't expect the strong price movements that you have seen in the past. Still, GOOG is the king of the internet and each quarter takes more market share from MSFT and YHOO.
