    A double upside -- like WalMart on the Web. Discount products more attractive in down times. And a secular shift to ecommerce that is gaining steam.

    Simply put, they dont make money, and a lot of their internet sales are for nonessential items that aren't really that great to buy over the internet (bulky kitchen appliances, jewelry that you'd like to be able to see the quality of in person before purchasing, etc). Not well positioned for a recession.
