    Hard not to like oil services guys right now. So cheap and oil going up.

    lower oil is bad news especially this low for RIG, but they are in position to grow still with lack of oil due to world growth

    The largest fleet in the world for offshore rig development, planned expansion to offshore oceanographic exploration. My broker says BUY. My social conscience struggles with this one.
