    Among medical stocks, ISRG is among the most expensive in terms of PE. But their robotic surgury is getting world wide attention and has little competition.

    Virtual monopoly. The profit is not only from machine sales but from residual orders for high tech scapels used by the robot. It saves hospitals money by greatly reducing the patient's exposure to infection. It's taken a hit because it cutting edge...(sorry, had to)
