The updated iPhone software is going to be a homerun. The Palm Pre thunder has been stolen.

Big news with Disney buying them. If there is one thing the Mouse knows how to do it is squeeze every last dime out of a franchise character and Marvel has a ton of them.

Aside from Photoshop and Flash, Adobe has had a hard time maintaining any traction. Premiere has all but vanished. After Effects is attacked on all fronts. Dreamweaver and CF are slipping away. Nothing else is much worth mentioning.
Given the maturity of their primary platforms, it gets harder and harder for users to justify upgrade costs and for me to justify an up vote (or a purchase).

My son saved for a year for a laptop and got a lemon. They replaced a bunch of parts and still had issues. Replaced the whole thing and still just died randomly. Finally refunding his money. Google research reveals he's not alone.
Anecdotal for sure, but evidence of quality control issues?

Really don't get this whole clamp down on remote workers. Finding talent is hard enough in the Valley. This certainly won't help.

I'm not sure how a company that auctions off its only real product to the highest bidder can somehow be an anti-competitive monopoly. However, if Google really has caught the eye of the Obama administration and the DOJ that is going to be a huge drag on the company. http://is.gd/1jb8n
